A. Dr. D’s normally offers a variety of training and consulting services.  Training and consulting services are available through fixed price, retainer, and hourly rate contracting/purchase order arrangements.

Q. At what locations are Dr. D’s services offered?

A. Dr. D’s provides services at client sites, places of clients’ choice, Dr. D's - selected sites, or online.

Q. How does Dr. D’s differ from other training/consulting/coaching providers?

A. Dr. D’s principals and associates have a success record of providing public- and private-sector clients with client-focused training and consulting in the primary areas of project management, quality management, and data analysis. Dr. D's is also a PMI^® Affiliated Training Partner. This diversity of experience permits Dr. D’s to offer competency-based and risk-informed training and consulting for governmental/institutional as well as commercial/industrial organizations.

Q. Are Dr. D’s courses "canned?"

A. Dr. D’s is guided by the stated requirements of the client.  Dr. D’s has a number of professional training courses already developed in the fields of project management, quality management, data analysis, and contract management.  In addition, there are options for developing custom courses that are client-specific.

Q. Does Dr. D’s mandate experience or educational levels for its courses?

A. Dr. D’s is sensitive to a client's preference and recommends that each client provide participant or individual background information based on each client's expectations regarding training and/or consulting objectives and outcomes.

Q. Does Dr. D’s have a policy of minimum and maximum duration for the conduct of its services?

A. Dr. D’s typically has a minimum duration of 1 day (8 hours) of training and/or consulting time; other duration, including retainers or "on-call" services, are negotiable. Online courses are variable in length.
